As is common with most storage facilities, we do not provide insurance for the items contained in your storage unit. Please check with your insurance agent as your homeowner's or renter's insurance may cover self storage.
No. The units will be the same temperature as the outside. We do not have climate-controlled units.
That is for you to determine. Our minimum rental period is one month. Our rental agreement is based on a month-to-month tenancy. We ask that you give us a 10-day termination notice if possible.
Yes, you will need to provide your own lock. You may use whatever lock that provides you with security without damaging the facility. To that end, we offer a shackle-style padlock for $10. The 3/8" shackle is case-hardened steel to resist cutting. The tumbler is equipped with a high security anti-pick mechanism. It comes with two keys. We recommend this heavy duty, high security padlock.

You can access your storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You must pay your rent prior to the beginning of your storage period. Thereafter, you can pay it monthly, semi-annually or annually. Discounts are offered for semi-annual and annual payers. Payments can be made by cash, check or money order. You can either bring it into the office or send it in the mail.
Yes. Your rental agreement describes the restrictions in detail. You may not store food, perishable items, flammable items, explosives, hazardous wastes, etc. Please contact us with any specific questions you might have.
It is possible for mice to get into your storage unit. Please feel free to put out mice bait as a deterrent for your storage unit.
